vanilla chai spiced quinoa “oatmeal” - leftover quinoa heated up with almond milk, with a touch of chai spices (cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and cardamom) and a splash of vanilla extract — topped with fresh blackberries, almond butter, and dark chocolate. this was an amazingly tasty and nutritious alternative to your standard bowl of oats!
